JCH acts primarily as a Data Processor. Our clients (Property Management Agencies) act as the Data Controllers. We process personnel data (names, email addresses, geo-location) solely on the instructions of our clients to fulfill service contracts (e.g., assigning shifts, verifying facility access).
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Business email addresses, company details, and billing information required to set up the Enterprise Workspace.
- Operational Data: GPS coordinates of staff during active shifts (for clock-in/clock-out verification), photos uploaded to maintenance tickets, and access logs.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device IDs used to access the platform, for security and fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Information
We use data exclusively to:
- Provide the Service (dispatching tasks, sending access codes).
- Ensure security (detecting unauthorized logins).
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, audit trails).
We do not sell data to third parties or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
We retain operational logs for 7 years as required by standard business auditing practices and liability insurance requirements for the real estate sector. Following this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
