Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the usage of JCH Global Operations infrastructure, specifically our Notification API and SMTP relay services. JCH is a strict B2B (Business-to-Business) facility management platform. We do not provide services for consumer marketing, affiliate networking, or unsolicited outreach.

2. Nature of Email Traffic

The JCH infrastructure is engineered exclusively for Transactional and Operational Communications. Authorized email categories include:

  • System Alerts: Downtime notifications, security breaches, and API error logs.
  • Workflow Notifications: Shift assignments, access code delivery, and maintenance ticket updates.
  • Compliance Reports: Daily shift summaries and audit logs generated for property owners.
  • Account Verification: Password resets and 2FA codes.
STRICT PROHIBITION: The use of JCH infrastructure for promotional newsletters, marketing blasts, or "cold" sales outreach is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

JCH Global Operations adheres to the strictest interpretations of the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL. We enforce a Zero Tolerance policy regarding:

  • Purchased Lists: Sending to lists acquired from third parties, brokers, or "partner" downloads.
  • Harvested Data: Sending to addresses scraped from websites or directories.
  • Opt-Out Failure: Failing to process unsubscribe requests within 24 hours (though transactional messages are exempt from unsubscribe requirements under certain jurisdictions, we require suppression management).

4. Account Verification & Consent

All JCH clients must employ Double Opt-In or explicit contractual consent (for employees/contractors) before entering data into the JCH Platform.

By using our services, you warrant that all recipients in your database have a direct professional relationship with your agency (e.g., employee, contractor, vendor) and have explicitly agreed to receive operational notifications required for their duties.

5. Enforcement & Monitoring

We utilize automated heuristics to monitor burst traffic patterns. Accounts exceeding a bounce rate of 3.0% or a complaint rate of 0.08% will be automatically suspended pending a manual compliance review.

To report a violation of this policy, please forward the full email headers to abuse@thejeancladhousewife.com. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
